The short version

RosterAudit is a free dynasty fantasy football tool. Use it however you want for fantasy football purposes. Don't abuse the API, don't scrape us to build a competitor, and don't blame us if you lose your league. The AI-generated content is entertainment — it will roast people and it's not always accurate.

By using this site, you agree to these terms

If you don't agree, don't use the site. We can update these terms at any time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

What we provide

RosterAudit offers dynasty fantasy football tools: a trade calculator, player rankings, league analysis, scouting reports, a dynasty digest, injury data, draft grades, stats explorer, a public API, and a Discord bot. All of these are free.

This is not financial or gambling advice

Nothing on this site is financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice. Player values are algorithmic estimates based on trade data from Sleeper leagues. They reflect what the market is doing, not what you should do. If you use our numbers to make real-money decisions, that's entirely on you. We are not responsible for any financial losses.

Our data is not perfect

We work hard to make our values, stats, and projections accurate, but we make no guarantees. Player values come from an Elo engine analyzing real trades — they reflect market consensus, not objective truth. Stats are from NFLverse and may have delays. Injury data is AI-generated and may contain errors. Projections are estimates. Use our data as one tool among many, not as gospel.

AI-generated content

The Dynasty Digest uses AI to generate league recaps. This content is entertainment and satire. It is intentionally exaggerated, crude, and provocative. It will roast your leaguemates. It may contain factual errors about trades or roster moves. It does not represent our views. By using the Dynasty Digest, you agree that you understand this is AI-generated humor and you will not hold us responsible for its content.

API rules

Our API is free for personal and non-commercial use. Here's what you agree to when using it:

Rate limits. 200 requests per minute for most endpoints. 40 trade calculations per hour without a key, 120 per hour with one. Don't try to circumvent these.

Don't compete with us. You may not use our API data to build a service that directly competes with RosterAudit. Building a personal tool, a league website, or a spreadsheet is fine. Building "RosterAudit but different" is not.

Don't resell our data. You may not sell, license, or commercially redistribute data from our API without written permission.

Give us credit. If you display our data publicly, include attribution to RosterAudit.

We can cut you off. We reserve the right to revoke any API key at any time for any reason, including violating these terms.

Discord bot

The bot is provided as-is. We're not responsible for what happens with the bot's output in your server. If your leaguemate gets upset about a value lookup, that's between you and them. Server admins are responsible for making sure the bot's use complies with Discord's own terms.

Don't be a jerk

Don't try to hack, exploit, or break our systems. Don't scrape us beyond API rate limits. Don't use our service for anything illegal. Don't interfere with other users. Don't pretend to be us.

Our intellectual property

RosterAudit's trade value algorithms, Elo engine, user interface, and original content belong to American Micropublishing. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer our proprietary systems. NFL player names and team names are property of the NFL. Sleeper is a trademark of Blitz Studios, Inc.

Everything is "as is"

RosterAudit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosterAudit, American Micropublishing, and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed zero dollars ($0.00 USD). This is a free service and you acknowledge that the limitation of liability reflects a reasonable allocation of risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RosterAudit, American Micropublishing, and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We can change or shut down anything

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may restrict or terminate your access if you violate these terms. During NFL offseasons, some features may have reduced functionality.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply in full.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RosterAudit regarding use of the service.
