The short version

We collect the minimum data needed to make our tools work. We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't track you across the internet. If you want your data deleted, email us and we'll do it.

Who we are

RosterAudit is a dynasty fantasy football analytics platform operated by American Micropublishing, based in California, USA. Our website is rosteraudit.com.

What we collect and why

Your Sleeper league data. When you sync a league, we pull your league settings, rosters, matchups, transactions, and draft picks from Sleeper's API. We need this to run the trade calculator, rankings, digest, and every other tool on the site. This data is tied to your Sleeper user ID and league ID — we never ask for your real name, email, or password.

League history. We store past season records, matchup scores, and manager stats so the league history, head-to-head, and records features work. This data stays as long as your league exists on Sleeper.

API keys. If you register for a developer API key, we store your email and a short description of your project. That's it. We only use the email to contact you about your API access.

Discord bot. If you add our bot to a Discord server, we store the server ID and which Sleeper league you connected. We do not store usernames, messages, or anything else from Discord.

Basic analytics. We track page views and traffic sources in aggregate to understand which tools people use. This is not tied to individual users.

Cookies. We use cookies only for WordPress to function. No ad cookies. No tracking pixels. No third-party marketing cookies.

What we do NOT collect

Your real name. Your physical address. Your phone number. Your payment information. Your social media accounts. We don't require you to create an account. You don't need to sign up for anything to use every tool on this site.

We do not sell your data

Period. We have never sold user data. We will never sell user data. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes. Our business model is advertising on our content sites — not monetizing your personal information.

AI-generated content

The Dynasty Digest sends your league's transaction data and Sleeper display names to Google's Gemini API to generate recaps. We do not send real names, emails, or any personally identifiable information. Google processes this under their API terms — they do not use API data to train their models.

Who can see your data

Only us. Your league data is stored on Kinsta-managed servers running on Google Cloud Platform. Database access is restricted to our application. All connections use HTTPS encryption. We don't give anyone else access to our database.

How long we keep it

League data stays as long as the league is active on Sleeper. Historical records are kept indefinitely for the league history features. API key emails are deleted within 90 days of revocation. If you want anything deleted sooner, just ask.

Third-party services we use

Sleeper — we fetch your league data through their API. Their privacy policy: sleeper.com/privacy

Children

RosterAudit is not for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If a child has used our site and you want their data removed, email us.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we have about your Sleeper account. You can request deletion of your data at any time. You can revoke your API key at any time. We will respond to all requests within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — we honor all of them.

Changes

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continuing to use RosterAudit after a change means you accept the new policy.
